Position: Alumni Program Manager at PSECU
- Overall point of contact for the program
- Developed program strategy and marketing plan for new products: credit card, debit card, checking account
- Utilized data lists from PSAA and internal data to segment lists to better target members/non-members with appropriate messaging
- Worked with external vendors such as CUNA and Visa to develop credit and debit products including designs, rates, rewards tiers, etc.
- Worked with a $2 million dollar marketing budget to develop plan for launch which included digital advertising, traditional advertising, and $150 member incentive.
- Used Moqups and worked with user experience team to develop flows for the PSAA lending application (non-member and current member flows)
- Presented progress and results to senior management team on a weekly basis
- In conjunction with web and creative teams, developed web landing pages on PSECU and PSAA websites, creative for advertising and marketing messaging, and overall partnership branding
